| The Circulation Policy |

- You will need a current SBVC Library card to check out Library Materials.
- Most books from the San Bernardino Valley College Library collection circulate for three weeks (21 days). Books may be checked out again if no one else has requested the titles. Return all general collection books to the Circulation Desk staff or to the outside book drop.
- Most books from the Crafton Hills College Library collection circulate for two weeks and are available on interlibrary loan. Place your requests at the SBVC Library Circulation Desk.
| | - The overdue fine for general circulating books is books is 10 cents per day per book.
- Reserve books circulate for time periods that vary from one hour up to 21 days. The fine on Reserve materials is 25 cents per hour per book. Return all Reserve Materials to the Circulation Desk staff.

- General books: 5 on any one subject; 15 total
- Reserve books: 2
- Reference books and periodicals: Library use only
- Replacement fees are charged on lost books. If a title is overdue more than 3 weeks it will be considered lost. In addition to the fine and the replacement price, a $2.00 per title non-refundable clerical fee is also charged for each lost item.
- Please clear up fines promptly. If you owe a fine, you will not be able to receive your grades or transcripts, obtain a grant or loan, or graduate until the fine is cleared.
